POLICY
Satisfaction is
GUARANTEED! If you experience a problem with any item purchased from us, please
give us a call (toll-free 800-895-6745) so we can trouble-shoot the problem.
Most problems can be fixed over the telephone, in a matter of minutes.
We certainly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase;
however, due to the abuse of our liberal return policy, the following return
policy must be enforced:
Returns for no apparent
reason: We will not accept returns without a return authorization number
issued from our ISS Return Merchandise department. All accepted returns must contain all
original packaging, paperwork and manuals, and in new condition, with the RA#
written on the outside of the box.
Please include a note with your name, order number (if any), and the
reason the item is being returned.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt; in working condition and
without defect; are subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the
original purchase price.
Please return products via UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS, or US Mail, prepaid,
insured, and obtain a tracking number for your protection. ISS is not responsible for lost or
stolen items. ISS does NOT pay for or refund shipping and handling
charges.
Any returns shipped to ISS without a
return authorization number CLEARLY marked on the outside of the shipping box
will be refused.
Exchanges: All return items
must have a return authorization number (RA#). If the product you ordered is not what
you wanted, you may exchange it, upgrade the product for a different one, or
keep 100% store credit. You have 30
calendar days from receipt of order to return it for exchange for another item
or store credit. The full price of
the original purchase will be applied to the new order. Again, the returned item must be new, in
perfect working condition, have all original items shipped, including all
original packaging, paperwork, and manuals. Shipping and handling are not
refundable. If you want a refund, a 20% restocking fee of the original
purchase price will be assessed.
Defective Merchandise: If
your item is defective, we will replace it with the same item at no charge. A call-tag will be issued through Fedex
or UPS and emailed to you after a RA# has been given to you. The call-tag should be placed on the
outside of the box and taken to a Fedex or UPS location for return. All original packaging, manuals, and
paperwork should be included with the item being returned (this includes all
cables, receivers, cameras, etc).
NO
returns can be accepted on custom designed, close-out, or special order items.
If a return is accepted by ISS from the shipper, and after inspecting and
opening the packaging we realize that some items are damaged or missing, ISS may
return the package to the sender or bill your credit card for the missing items.
Limited warranty: All
products have a limited 1 year warranty on parts and
labor.
